Ultimate Drugstore Makeup

After my quite personal posts I thought I would give you a  little break from all my emotions and bring out a classic blogger post.

Makeup is all fun and games until you go to buy it all and suddenly see the price.Just popping into boots for one things leads to you being at checkout  High end makeup is great but whats even better is finding an absolute gem in the drugstore. These products are my absolute saviors and are such a great price.

L’oreal Infallible Foundation £9.99

This foundation does claim to be 24 hours however I have never put it to the test but I does seem to last all day for me. I suffer from oily skin from time to time, this isn’t a matte foundation but it’s great and hiding my oils and doesn’t dry my skin out. Finding a foundation that doesn’t break me out is so hard normally I’ll wear foundation and the est day I’ll break out, I’ve never had this issue with this foundation. For anyone that wants to know I use the shade 120 Vanilla.

I Heart Makeup Blushing Hearts Triple Baked Blusher £4.99

After all the rage about Makeup revolution I had to check out their sister brand. I brought this originally for a blush but when I swatched it it was way to bright for my skin tone. So I’ve been using it as a highlighter and I loveeee it. The best thing about it not actually being a highlighter is that you get more of a natural glow then something over the top. Everyone seems to be obsessed with a blinding highlight but this is perfect for everyday use.

L’oreal Super Liner Perfect Slim £6.99

The thin application on this makes the product so great for me. I am far from the best at applying eyeliner having a pen and thin tip style makes it so much easier. This is another product that is great on a day to day use when you  want a thin line but also easily build-able for that thick intense night out look. The colour pigmentation is great and It comes out such a true black and doesn’t seem to smudge through out the day.

Makeup Revolution Lip Ampflication £3

I got this lipgloss from the 12 days of Christmas Makeup Revolution storage Chest (which I have to say is AMAZING). It’s one of their lip amplifications,I already own one of these in the daring shade Limitless.I love this lipgloss and was so excited to receive this one in the box. For those of you that don’t know Revolution have been all the rave at the moment with their great quality products for such a low price. These retail at £3 which is an absolute bargain. The pigmentation is amazing and you barely need much. I’m unsure if you can get this lipgloss away from the set as there is no name given, however It looks very similar to the shade karma.

Soap and Glory Brow Archery 2- IN- 1 Brow Sculpting Crayon & Setting Gel £10

If you’re struggling for a brow product I would seriously recommend you try Soap and Glory they have so may different types of products, easily one perfect for everyone. I’ve used this one and the pencil and this one is my favorite. The colour is great, so may brow products are just warm toned and really unnatural I find this product is the perfect colour for natural brows. The setting gel is great as it keeps your brows staying in place all day. Honestly the best brow product I’ve tried.
